01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("Client") and Astro Destiny Advisory ("we," "us," "our") regarding the Vedic astrology consultation services we provide. By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or attending a consultation session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimer, all of which form part of our overall client agreement.

02 Services Offered

Astro Destiny Advisory offers the following Vedic astrology consultation services:

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your booking is binding for that session. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future bookings at any time.

All consultations are conducted online via live, encrypted video call. Session duration is approximate and may vary slightly at the advisor's discretion. Complete Vedic Birth Chart consultations include a written report delivered within 48 hours.

03 Booking & Scheduling

To book a consultation, you must:

• Complete the consultation intake form on our website, providing accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth), contact information, and your chosen service
• Receive a booking confirmation from our team within 24 hours
• Complete payment in full to secure your appointment
• Confirm the scheduled appointment time within 48 hours of receiving it

Appointments are subject to advisor availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and advisor. If your preferred advisor is unavailable, we will propose an equally qualified alternative.

Required Information

The accuracy of your Vedic chart depends entirely on the accuracy of your birth data. You are responsible for providing correct information. Astro Destiny Advisory cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from incorrect birth data provided by the client.

For Prashna Kundali readings, no birth data is required — the chart is cast at the moment of your question.

04 Payment & Pricing

Payment in full is required to confirm and secure any consultation appointment. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

All prices are displayed in USD. International clients are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by their financial institution.

We do not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Gift Consultations

Consultations may be purchased as gifts. Gift purchases are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as standard bookings. The recipient must be at least 18 years of age.

05 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before the session: Full refund, minus a 5% payment processing fee
• 48–72 hours before the session: 50% refund, or full credit toward a rescheduled session (valid 6 months)
• Less than 48 hours before the session: No refund. A one-time reschedule credit may be offered at our discretion.
• No-show (failure to attend without notice): No refund. No reschedule credit.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment at no charge if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the session may incur a rescheduling fee of USD $25. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

Advisor-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that your advisor must cancel a confirmed appointment, we will offer you either a full refund or a complimentary reschedule. If we reschedule, we will give you priority scheduling and priority advisor selection.

06 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds after a consultation session has been completed, except in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on our end that prevented the session from occurring
• Advisor misconduct (assessed at our sole discretion following a formal complaint)

Satisfaction Commitment

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your session at hello@astrodestinyadvisory.com. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary follow-up session with a different advisor. We do not offer refunds on the basis of disagreement with the astrological interpretation provided.

07 Consultation Delivery

All consultations are conducted online via encrypted video call. A secure meeting link will be sent to you at least 24 hours before your session. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring a stable internet connection
• Having a working camera and microphone
• Being in a quiet, private environment suitable for a personal reading
• Joining the session on time

If you experience technical difficulties at the start of your session, please contact us immediately. Sessions will be held to their scheduled end time regardless of late arrival by the client.

Written Reports

Where included (Complete Vedic Birth Chart consultations), written reports will be delivered by email within 48 hours of your session. Reports are prepared by your advisor and are unique to your chart.

Session Language

All consultations are conducted in English unless an alternative language is agreed upon in advance with your advisor.

08 Client Conduct

We expect all clients to engage with our advisors with respect and courtesy. Astro Destiny Advisory reserves the right to immediately terminate a consultation session and forfeit any refund if a client engages in:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward any advisor
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing consultation written reports without permission
• Using the consultation for commercial purposes without a separate commercial licence agreement

09 Confidentiality

All information shared during a consultation — including personal circumstances, birth data, questions, and concerns — is treated with the strictest confidence by our advisors and staff. Advisors are contractually prohibited from disclosing client information to any third party.

Testimonials or case studies shared publicly on our website are used only with explicit written consent from the client, and are anonymised unless the client expressly permits use of their name.

10 Written Reports

Where a written report is included in your chosen service (Complete Vedic Birth Chart), the report will be prepared by your advisor and delivered to you by email within 48 hours of your session. Reports are unique to your chart and your stated focus areas.

Written reports are for your personal use only. You may not share, publish, upload, broadcast, distribute, or sell any written report or consultation notes provided by Astro Destiny Advisory without our prior written consent.

11 Nature of Astrological Services

This is a critical section. Please read it carefully.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrological readings are interpretive in nature and represent the advisor's studied opinion within the Jyotish tradition
• No astrological reading can predict the future with certainty, and no advisor can guarantee specific outcomes
• All decisions you make based on a consultation — including personal, financial, medical, or legal decisions — are solely your own responsibility
• You will not hold Astro Destiny Advisory or any of its advisors liable for any outcomes resulting from decisions made in connection with a consultation
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or legal matter, you will seek appropriate professional help

12 Advisor Assignment

While we make every effort to honour your advisor preference, Astro Destiny Advisory reserves the right to assign an equally qualified advisor if your preferred advisor is unavailable due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Clients may not directly contact advisors outside of the scheduled consultation platform. All communication must be arranged through Astro Destiny Advisory. Advisors are independent contractors, not employees, of Astro Destiny Advisory.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Destiny Advisory's total aggregate liability to any client for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunities, relationships, or any other consequence of following or not following advice received in a consultation.

14 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
